The hotel rooms were well-appointed and neat. The staff was amiable and welcoming.

Everything was perfectly fine, exceeded all expectations, and the staff were genuinely helpful people from the manager to the front desk breakfast buffet and cleaning staff. Got well-appointed and good-sized double room by a thermostat as expected, appreciated it. The location seemed comfy next to airport. What's more, it was really close to the surrounding shopping areas, services around town, and Philadelphia.

The double room was really impressive, and having a thermostat was a great perk. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to various tastes. I especially loved the REAL scrambled eggs and bacon - so tasty! 🥓

The room was a lot cleaner than my last visit.

It was a shame there were some guests slamming doors and yelling in the hallway at 1 am. There was also no wifi the entire time I was there.

The staff from the manager to the front desk, breakfast buffet, and cleaning staff are incredibly attentive. The location is ideal, near a restaurant that offers real food and Lincoln Financial Field. Conveniently located only 2 miles from Mantua Creek.

We stay at this Best Western when visiting family nearby. It is easy to get to and Philadelphia is a short drive. As someone with gluten intolerances the breakfast was something I could eat and enjoy: bacon, eggs and potatoes. Please continue to offer this for those like me.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, the staff members are always friendly, and the room I stayed in was spacious and modern with a thermostat.

Conveniently located for airport layovers, although 6 miles away. Transport can be pricey and takes half an hour. Rooms are clean and inviting, with friendly staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Helpful front desk and cheerful breakfast staff. Recommended for those wanting to be close to Philadelphia without the city crowd.

Staff friendliness and comfortable bed

Excellent staff, helpfull, friendly. Quiet hotel, very clean. Wi-Fi was free and good at the room. Very good breakfast. Free parking at the door. Location is excellent to visit Philadelphia and Atlantic City. Shopping areas near. Pool area was very clean.

Nothing to point out.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally attentive from the manager to the front desk. The room was updated, clean, and equipped with a thermostat. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were very handy. The property is located in a remote area close to a nearby pharmacy, Walmart and mall, downtown Philly, and more stores and shopping.

I liked the bed and Pillows, we found they are very comfortable. We probably will stay again only in the non smoking rooms.

We stayed at the smoking room, althought we had no choice the hotel wad fully booked and we had to stay because of the snow storm, but the smell was so strong. The next day after we checked out, the smell remained on everthing we brought into the room of course our hair, clothes, and we even had to wash our luggage to get smell Off.
